Situated only 100 metres from the main street, Clements House gives you easy access to shops, cafes and supermarkets.
Free street parking is located right out the front, or in the private courtyard if you wish to park off the street.
Clements House is located beside Bishop Townhouse, and adjacent to both Brooklyn Dairy and Milkman’s Cottage, and within walking distance from Studio 237. Our accommodation options are perfect for large groups, who can book two or more of our stays and be accommodated close together.

Clements House is suited for up to 6 people, comprising of three bedrooms. Each bedroom contains a queen bed and storage options for clothing.
The space also includes a separate lounge room with smart tv, full kitchen and dining, and a private courtyard. The kitchen includes a cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, and is stocked with tea and coffee etc.
The laundry includes a washing machine, with a clothesline located in the courtyard.

“Located very conviently to Kyabram town. Can easily walk to Woolworths, IGA and all of the restaurants in town. Small playground and water tank mural also not far away.
